Developers’ Den, the Schulich Real Estate Case Competition presented by Schulich’s Real Assets Area and the Schulich Real Property Alumni Association, is now in its 16th year.
Teams from the Schulich School of Business (MBA and Master of Real Estate and Infrastructure/MREI) and other top graduate programs in Canada and the U.S. compete in the semi-final round to determine the top three teams that advance to the final round.
We look forward to welcoming future and current real estate leaders for this prestigious event once again on March 6, 2026.
Guests are invited to attend the final round of the Case Competition followed by a networking and awards presentation reception.
DIRECTIONS: Enter through Spadina Ave entrance, turn right at the security desk, follow signage to the elevator bank.
Take elevator to the 21st floor and follow signage.
